Returns policy

Due to regulations governing the sale of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. We do accept returns for damaged or defective items.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly accept a return and provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return for damaged items, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
A description of the damage or defect
The date you received the order

Incorrect items

If your order is shipped incorrectly or you receive items different from what you ordered, please email us. We will issue a replacement for your original order at no additional cost.
